Dr. Jon Lamm
Jon Lamm is a clinical psychologist and director of East Side CBT. Dr. Lamm specializes in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders across the lifespan and has been treating patients for over 10 years. His clinical work is empirically and scientifically driven, focusing on the employment of modern psychological theory within the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr. Lamm utilizes a straightforward, down to earth therapeutic style, incorporating humor, sensitivity, and sincerity in his treatment. He also specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a theoretical offspring of CBT, that incorporates mindfulness and acceptance based techniques in order to further help clients build their life worth living. Most importantly, Dr. Lamm tailors treatment to each individual in an open and collaborative manner.
Dr. Lamm received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from St. John’s University. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ, and further trained at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, NYU-Bellevue Hospital Center, and Queens Hospital Center. Dr. Lamm is intensively trained in DBT, and has received additional specialized trainings in Trauma-Focused CBT and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. His research is in childhood social cognition.

Dr. Atara Rosenblatt
Dr. Atara Rosenblatt Psy.D. is a Licensed Staff Psychologist at East Side CBT. Dr. Rosenblatt utilizes a Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework. She works with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation and disruptive behaviors.
Dr. Rosenblatt earned her doctoral degree at Rutgers University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at RWJ Barnabas’s Trinitas Regional Medical Center where she received specialized training in DBT for adolescents and adults. Currently, she continues to provide comprehensive DBT to adults at Trinitas Regional Medical Center and acts as a supervising psychologist through the APA approved internship program at Trinitas.
During her graduate training, Dr. Rosenblatt also trained at the NYU Child Study Center where she was trained in comprehensive DBT for adolescents and CBT for youth with mood and anxiety disorders. In addition, she received specialized training at the Youth Anxiety and Depression Clinic (YADC) at Rutgers University. She completed her doctoral research at the YADC, focusing on coping responses and mediators of CBT treatment outcomes in anxious and depressed youth.
Dr. Rosenblatt is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with school systems, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers.
Dr. Tian Saltzman
Dr. Tian Saltzman, Psy.D is a postdoctoral fellow at East Side CBT. Dr. Saltzman treats anxiety and mood disorders across the lifespan from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed lens. Dr. Saltzman aims to provide evidence-based care to fit each client's unique needs, individuality, culture, and strengths. Her style is warm and collaborative, and she works to meet clients where they are with unconditional positive regard. Dr. Saltzman’s clinical work is driven by a deep respect and appreciation for each client and their goals.
Dr. Saltzman received her Psy.D in clinical psychology from Rutgers University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Trinitas Regional Medical Center where she received intensive DBT training and provided comprehensive DBT to adolescents and adults. Prior to internship, Dr. Saltzman trained at NYU Child Study Center on the Anxiety and Mood Service; at New York Presbyterian-Westchester Behavioral Health Center; and at the Youth Anxiety and Depression Clinic at Rutgers University, where she specialized in treating youth anxiety and depression. Dr. Saltzman’s doctoral research focused on the impact of health behaviors on youth anxiety and depression severity.
